Valuation and Development Firm was established in the year 1989 by Samuel Ofori-Offei, a nationally recognized, registered Valuer/Estate Surveyor and Administrator. Became a member of GHIS at an early stage and rose through the ranks to the position of President. Experienced and qualified in the major affairs relating to landed properties. The Managing Consultant of VDS with decades of quality quick responsive customer service under his belt, VDS has managed to provide and maintain a friendly and conducive environment for businesses relating to land and its improvements. We accomplished this by maintaining a tradition of ethics, pride, and skills in our services, abundant creativity, and growth through teamwork.
